support to community initiatives, a commitment
to sustainability and the environment, and
cooperation with a wide range of institutions.
In the sphere of solidarity with people and
families at risk of social exclusion it collaborated
with the Food Bank Foundation in its «Solidary

amounted to more than two tonnes of food.
On the other hand, Fira continued to work with
several entities concerned with the entrance
into the labour market of handicapped people
(Fundació Adecco, Programa Incorpora de La

recruited handicapped interns as part of its training
programme. It also collaborated with the Step by

centre of The TV3 Telethon, which takes place every
year near Christmas and in 2013 dealt with the
research on neurodegenerative illnesses.
